| Deep and powerful with brooding purple hues, the indigenous variety Vranec provides the backbone of this wine. The addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon to the blend adds an international twist. A synergy is created from the strength of the Vranec, the elegance and roundness of the Merlot and the vibrant cassis and structure of the Caberne Sauvignon. Each variety is aged from 18 months in French oak barrels separately, producing a wine with an intense, dark ruby colour and aromas of blueberry, plum and spice.
